KCG is a new consulting practice. The methodology is grounded in two decades of applied leadership experience, formal human rights training, and active research — but the consulting engagements are just beginning.

Founding clients are the first cohort of organizations and leaders who work with me as the practice takes shape. The offer is honest: you get direct access, preferential pricing, and close collaboration. In exchange, you're working with someone who is actively building — not someone with a decade of case studies on the shelf.

If that tradeoff makes sense for you, this page is for you.

The offer

What founding clients get

Preferential pricing

20–30% below listed engagement ranges, locked in for any work within the first 12 months.

Direct access

I work directly on every engagement — no handoffs, no junior consultants, ever.

Scope flexibility

Engagements are co-designed to fit the actual work, not a packaged offering.

Methodology input

Your feedback shapes the frameworks as they take their final form.

Alumni access

Founding clients retain preferential pricing and priority scheduling for all future engagements.

Honest partnership

I will tell you what I know, what I'm still figuring out, and when you'd be better served by someone else.

Who this is for

The right fit is specific

Founding clients typically share three things:

  • A real structural problem. Something that feels like a people problem but keeps reproducing no matter who's in the role. That's usually a sign the structure is producing it.
  • Tolerance for the new. You understand that working with a founding-stage practice means some things get built as we go. You're interested in that — not put off by it.
  • Commitment to the work. Structural change requires honest engagement from leadership. If you want someone to deliver a report and leave, this isn't it.
Integrity is strategy. I'd rather tell you honestly where I am than build the practice on inflated credentials.
What this is not

Calibrating expectations

A founding-client engagement is a real engagement — scoped, contracted, delivered. It is not:

  • A beta test. The methodology is already developed and grounded in two decades of leadership experience plus formal frameworks. You're not a test subject.
  • Free work. Preferential pricing is a discount, not a trade. Engagements are paid.
  • A trial with no accountability. Every engagement includes scope, deliverables, and a mid-point review. If it isn't producing what you need, we end or restructure it — with prorated refund.
  • Unlimited availability. I take a small number of clients at a time. Founding cohort is capped at five engagements to protect the quality of the work.
How to become a founding client

The path is short

1. Fit conversation (30 min, no cost)

We talk about what's happening in your organization, what you think is structural, and whether KCG is the right match. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you toward someone better suited.

2. Scoped proposal (1–2 weeks)

If we're aligned, I draft a proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. You review, we adjust, we sign.

3. The work begins

Discovery in the first two weeks. Diagnosis in the next two. Design and implementation across the remainder of the engagement. Every engagement includes a mid-point review.

Schedule a fit conversation

The founding-client window is open for as long as the first five engagements take to fill. After that, pricing and scope return to the standard structure shown on the Services page.
