Kovach Consulting Group sells self-paced digital products and provides coaching and organizational development services. Different products carry different terms; each is stated below.
Self-Paced Courses and Bundles
One-time digital purchases — individual courses and the full bundle — carry a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@kovachconsultants.com from the address on your receipt. After 14 days, digital purchases are final. EU and UK consumers keep any withdrawal rights their law provides; the 14-day window is designed to meet them.
Team bundles carry the same 14-day window, provided no seat beyond the purchaser's own has been activated.
All-Access Membership
The membership bills in advance, monthly or annually depending on your plan, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipts and invoices, or by emailing support@kovachconsultants.com from the address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, month or year, and your access continues until then. Beyond the two cases below, partial periods are not refunded.
A new membership's first charge, monthly or annual, is refundable within 14 days, less a prorated amount for the days used. If we materially change membership pricing or terms, you can cancel within the 30-day notice period for a prorated refund of the remaining paid period.
Coaching and Organizational Engagements
Every fixed-term engagement — the 16-week 1:1 engagement, the six-month cohort, and organizational engagements — includes a mid-point review, scheduled by KCG at the midpoint of the engagement's term. If the work is not producing what you need, we restructure the engagement or end it at that review. Scope not yet delivered — sessions not yet held, deliverables not yet begun — is refunded pro rata. Outside the mid-point review, engagements are non-refundable once sessions begin. The monthly advisory retainer follows its own section below.
Coaching outcomes depend on the client's implementation of agreed-upon changes. Progress is reviewed at the cadence set in your engagement agreement and at the mid-point review. We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with results outside the mid-point review mechanism.
Cancellation Before the Engagement Starts
If you need to cancel before your first session, contact us within 48 hours of signing your agreement for a full refund of any payments made. After 48 hours or once your first session has occurred, the engagement is considered active and the full payment schedule applies.
Cohort Seats
Cohort purchases follow the 48-hour cancellation rule above, measured from signing your agreement or, where there is none, from purchase. Before the first session, a seat may also be deferred once to the next cohort, or transferred to a colleague with written approval. If no next cohort starts within 12 months of a deferral, the seat is refunded in full. After the first session, seats are neither transferable nor deferrable. If KCG cancels a cohort, you choose between a full refund and a seat in the next cohort.
Installment Payments
For clients on installment payment plans, all scheduled payments remain due regardless of session attendance. If a payment is more than 5 days past its due date, coaching sessions may be paused until the balance is current. If payment remains outstanding 10 days past its due date, the engagement may be terminated with no refund for remaining sessions.
Session Attendance
Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. Clients are responsible for providing at least 48 hours' notice for schedule changes. Sessions not rescheduled within the engagement period are forfeited.
Ongoing Advisory Retainer
Retainer clients are billed monthly. Either party may end the retainer with 30 days' written notice. There are no refunds for the current billing period after payment has been processed.
Speaking Engagements
Cancellation and postponement terms for keynotes, workshops, and facilitation are in the per-event agreement, or, absent one, in the Speaking Engagements section of our Terms of Service.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved amounts are refunded to the original payment method. Requests under the 14-day window are processed within 14 days of your email; refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days of processing.

KCG products and services are not therapy, crisis support, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any licensed professional service. Kovach Consulting Group does not guarantee specific outcomes.
